Admiralty A4850

 

       

 

A tall stone circular tower lighthouse with a traditional light attached to the old railway building, currently operated by the local Port Authority and situated at the end of Stone Head pier. 

Built in 1853 as a railway terminus for the Scottish and Irish ferries,

 the tower is 50 feet high and the light is visible for 8 miles
