Admiralty A4946X

 

 

A tall white painted granite circular tower lighthouse with a traditional light situated on the sands near the Fort at New Brighton. 

Built in 1830 the tower is 94 feet high and the light was visible for 14 miles. 

The light was made redundant in 1973.
